We publish websites (affiliate platforms, e-commerce and content sites). Our priority is the satisfaction and the loyalty of our users. Thus, the protection of your personal data is essential as far as we are concerned. This document has been written with a view to informing you of how and why we collect and process your data.

Eldogency SAS complies with the amended law - 6 January 1978 - relative to computing, files and freedoms (CNIL registration no. 1871397) and the General Data Protection Regulation - 27 April 2016 (RGPD).

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Alexandre Durand. As the general manager of data protection compliance at Eldogency SAS, the Data Protection Officer is primarily responsible for monitoring compliance with national data protection regulations and laws, including the users’ rights to privacy, information, access, rectification as well as any oppositions.

This document - "Eldogency SAS Privacy Policy" complements the provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Why do we collect your personal data?

When browsing our sites, your data is requested in order to allow you:

  • to carry out your orders (of physical products and / or service offers)
  • to access our content (e.g. BMI calculation)
  • to benefit from certain promotional offers
  • to access our affiliate platform

So, when placing your order online and / or creating an account to access a service, certain mandatory data must be communicated to us (whereas other data remains optional). This is specified on all editable forms.

2. What kind of personal data do we collect?

2.1 Data you enter when browsing

Your data is never collected without your consent.

When you consent, we may collect and process the following data:

We will not store any sensitive data about you.
Also, we will not store any data relating to your credit card.
Payments are completed by intermediary online payment platforms, specialised in the processing and ultra-secure management of payments.

2.2 Data we collect when you are browsing

Eldogency SAS may need to collect certain data when you are browsing our sites.

Information concerning your IP address and your type of browser will be collected in order to facilitate navigation of our sites as well as for statistical purposes.
We also use mini files called "cookies" that are downloaded onto your equipment (computer, smartphone, tablet ...) when you access our sites.
These cookies allow us to establish statistics, to recognise you and to facilitate browsing on our sites, by proposing adequate content (where necessary).

With your consent, Eldogency SAS can send you push notifications through your browser (to inform you of new products, promotions ...), using Onesignal® technology. You can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time using your internet browser settings.

5. More details on the Eldogency SAS emailing policy

With your consent, Eldogency SAS may send you messages (newsletters, product information, service and / or commercial offers from Eldogency SAS). These messages may contain advertising inserts for commercial offers from third-party partners but will never be dedicated to a third-party partner. These third parties will under no circumstances be entitled to use any of your declared data.

6. More details on the Eldogency SAS policy on invoice certification

Eldogency SAS uses Kiwiz invoice and asset certification solution, to meet the demands of french gouvernement (2016 finance law).
Thus, Kiwiz stores some certified documents (invoices and credit notes) resulting from the orders made on Eldogency SAS websites, for the legal duration according to the article L123-22 of the commercial code.

7. Secure storage of your personal data

Eldogency SAS makes every effort to ensure the optimum security of your personal data.
The administration of servers, workstations and our network is under the responsibility of the President and a highly qualified server administrator.
Our servers are located in a highly secure data centre in France.
This data centre is perfectly equipped to ensure data security, both from a physical and digital point of view:
Presence of an operator 247, fire and electrical safety, video surveillance, firewalls and redundant bandwidths.
Your personal data is kept in accordance with all regulations in force.
If you are not a client or affiliate partner of Eldogency SAS, your data is kept for 3 years.
If you are a client or affiliate partner of Eldogency SAS, your data may be kept for more than 3 years, for administrative and / or legal purposes (accounting, tax, proof of connection...).

In accordance with the regulations in force, your personal data may be transmitted to the competent authorities upon request.

8. Your rights concerning your personal data

Eldogency SAS is the Data Processing Manager.
In accordance with the amended law - 6 January 1978 - relative to computing, files and freedoms and the General Data Protection Regulation - 27 April 2016 - you are entitled to demand the communication of your personal information and request that any personal data which is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or whose collection, use, disclosure or storage is prohibited may be rectified, completed, locked or erased (as required).
